How does the therapy work?
During a session, the client is guided into a relaxed state of awareness. Contrary to common belief, this does not mean losing control — in fact, it allows the focus to turn inward. In this therapy, you learn to listen to yourself in a way you’re not used to, helping you connect more deeply with unconscious feelings and beliefs. In this state, it becomes possible to release old traumas and negative beliefs, clarify and resolve inner conflicts, and create space for healthier thought patterns and behaviors. Emotional and physical complaints are often relieved as a result.

How I work
The programs I offer are typically short-term, usually around three sessions. Sometimes, a single session is enough to achieve the desired result. Every program is truly tailor-made. If you prefer not to name the problem, that’s completely fine — and no, we don’t have to revisit the past if you don’t want to.
